Dr. Spratley is board certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and specializes in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and specializes in addressing a spectrum of issues that include Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), depression, and anxiety. Dr. Spratley’s undergraduate degree was in education. She was a classroom teacher for nine years teaching science at both the middle school and high school levels. Dr. Spratley attended medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She also completed her residency and fellowship training here in San Antonio and is Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. During her leisure time, Dr. Spratley enjoys singing in the church choir and gardening.
