Helpful tips on appointments

Our therapists and doctors book up very quickly, so we recommend that you schedule your follow up appointment when you check out.

ADHD Clinic does not guarantee confirmation calls. We do our best to make reminder calls, but there may be occasions when we will be unable to do so. We will be glad to give you an appointment card as a reminder when you schedule your appointment.

Although your psychiatrist may choose to write you a prescription for 3 months or longer, follow up appointments as indicated by your psychiatrist are still required. If you do not follow up within the specified time, you may experience a delay in having your prescription refilled.

Please be aware that failure to follow up with a member of our professional team after 12 months period of time may result in your clinical case being closed, and may require a new evaluation if you choose to see your therapist or psychiatrist again.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or the patient will be billed.
